Creative Nook Studio

$75 per hour

The studio is located on the southside of the retail building, along Taps. Park anywhere on the east side stairs.
The studio is located on the 2nd floor.
This is a mixed use building so please be mindful of any tenants. Please don’t use adhesives to the walls or use confetti, glitter, smoke bombs, or open flames.
You will have 15 min before and after for set up and clean up. The studio must be left as it is found.
Seamless backdrops and chairs are available for use with the rental of the studio space, along with some studio equipment.
The studio has amazing natural lighting.
There are a few constant lights and a strobe.
Please use the booking link to make adjustments to your rental. If the event needs to be canceled, please reach out to me. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will get a full refund. After 48 hours, payment may be applied toward another available date. or non-refundable. You can only reschedule once per reservation. (You cannot reschedule the same reservation more than once.)
We must be alerted more than 24 hours in advance; otherwise, there will be no reschedule date available.
Sometimes, I will be on site, if I am. I will be working on edits in the office, and I can assist with any equipment needs. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
This is only for hourly rentals.

Studio Subscription

$350 per month for 3 months

$300 per month for 6 months

Your subscription can be 3 or 6 months. You will have your own key to the studio. The studio is shared with up to 3 photographers. You will have access to the studio calendar to reserve your days and times you are needing. You have a shelf to use for storage.
Full access to client fridge.
The Subtenant agrees to provide and pay for a Liability Insurance Policy secured from a responsible insurance company acceptable to the Tenant, in which the limits shall be not less than $1,000,000.00, the same to provide protection for both the Subtenant and the Sublessor, and to include protection also for the Sublessor from all liability of every kind and nature arising out of the use and occupancy of the Subleased Premises, including the building and sidewalks.
Please make sure the studio is set up the way you found it before your session. Clean up and empty any full trash cans.
Seamless backdrops and chairs are available for use with your subscription of the studio space, along with some studio equipment.
